been humming that Pharrell tune... come'on get HAPPY!

this month's bone-drug infusion has been particularly uncomfortable -- and yet i laugh because i have been working on pain management [no breakthrough medicine taken for a month!!!]  and so i ask myself if this is a particularly masochistic form of denial and i go get something for it... how many times will i have to remind myself medicine is allowed, when i need it... since i'm not in a competition for suffering! LOL

it is a very good thing that my GI tract is getting healthier -- the chiropractor also wants me to drink more water -- i told him of this sensation of compression [ooh, am i getting yet shorter?] he said a couple of interesting things about that:  everyone's disks absorb water and nutrients while you sleep and so you're taller in the morning and get shorter as the day goes by.  AND in my case, since i'm fused, the disks above/below that site are always going to be extra stressed trying to compensate for the disk that was removed.......

so more water it is!
