Almost to a wolf moon

Haven't paid too much attention to the names of the moons, but the first moon of the year is the "wolf moon" -- so smile when you see it next monday!

health is a sad roller coaster i try not to give too much attention to... won't have news until next round of Pet/CT to be scheduled next month; i tend to think it will be out of my liver and pancreas, but since the bones are grumpy i guess perhaps it could be that the protein marker is giving me false hope.  the oncologist thinks i am just not enjoying the winter weather.

i have been particularly ill at ease about the slog that i walk through -- it seems i am spending much money and time and effort -- not sure i get the point of it all

but i keep looking for something to look forward to, and something to amuse me... and so i bought a tongue drum to bang on (it isn't too loud, so i suspect i won't make my neighbors too annoyed)
