Just back from a week of quilty work and fun

we were so blessed and happy to play with the fabric at our disposal

bee pillow swag for me -- sweetness!

porcupine pincushion -- a year in the making... for me too...

i brought 10 flimsies for us to work on... i was able to finish several, did the primary work on two, and Peg finished one and did most of the other two...  my bag was overfull but not necessarily too much weight

and Peg finished a flimsy, worked on several other blocks and we happily worked on binding and petted the variety of fabric in her stash

we also shopped and ate and did a bit of binge-watching (Downton Abbey Season 1)

we were in a bit of heaven

and then i came back to a lovely quiet apartment and soup and recognize how loved and blessed i am
